Hey, I’m Theofila - a community manager with a passion for storytelling.

I started in hospitality and events, managing venues and leading teams across London. That world taught me how to build experiences people remember and sparked my love for branding, design, and marketing.

Now, I’ve shifted into the digital space, where I’ve completed specialised Video and Digital Marketing accelerator courses and stepped into the role of community manager. I thrive on building genuine connections, nurturing communities, and creating content that resonates.

My Instagram project, Photos by Phyll, started as a quiet habit during daily commutes. It wasn’t planned — just a way to notice the kind of beauty you stumble across when you’re not really looking.

I share spontaneous snapshots with captions that tell their stories. I’m especially drawn to those unexpected contrasts: nature thriving in the middle of the city, wildflowers pushing through concrete, golden light bouncing off glass buildings, and quiet corners that feel like secret gardens.
